Portrait of Aredhel Ar-Feiniel, the noble white lady of the Noldor. She was known for always dressing in whites and silver; loved riding across Valinor and hunting in the deep forests. Proud and brave, she certainly had the blood of Finwë running through her veins, but her desire for adventure betrayed her. I wanted to portray Aredhel in the good old days of roaming Valinor, before her terrible doom, like a proud and beautiful Noldo. Noldor, love them or hate them, they're still awesome
What a beautiful interpretation of Aredhel. She looks so regal and her expression looks like one who is restless for things other than court life and feels at home afield.
Lovely work! I can definitely see the nobility of the House of Finwe in her face, and I love the outfit and headpiece. Feminine, and yet not too feminine.
Wow. I've always loved Aredhel, and I just can't take my eyes off this picture, it's so gorgeous. I especially like what you've done with her clothes, and the background details, and her hair, and her face, and and and ...
She is a real elf. She is really beautiful. How pity she was slaugtered when trying to protect her beloved son... illustration is great. This elf portrait is one of my favourite.
